Include a picture of myself on Halloween?

This a spin-off of the "Include a picture of yourself?" thread.
Lately, I've been dressing as football (soccer)-related things for Halloween. In 2006, I dressed as the Barcelona-Chelsea game that day. I wore a Chelsea shirt, a Barcelona hat, a scoreboard, a football-shaped backpack and a green feather boa. In 2007, I had a badly sprained ankle so I wore an England shirt, got my hair cut short and highlighted, and dressed as Alan Smith. Last year, I dressed as crappy Clemens Fritz, with a Germany shirt, a hairband and jeans. This year, I have an actual Clemens Fritz Werder Bremen shirt, I ordered a pair of Werder Bremen socks by accident, and I'm going to wear white Nike shorts and white and orange Nike Air Force One sneakers. I've got a white turtleneck and white leggings to wear underneath the shorts and short-sleeved shirt. I'm putting my hair back in a low ponytail, putting on a hairband, and carrying around a toiletries case/manbag instead of a purse. I have to remember to take off my earrings and necklace. I'm gonna look pretty damn authentic.
Michael Ballack is still my favorite football player, I want Alan Smith's autograph, and I'm presumingly collecting Clemens Fritz autographs. Right now I have four things signed by him, and I've never met him.
I find it really creepy to send a normal picture of myself to these guys, especially considering I'm older than Fritzi and Smudger. But, if I write to them and ask for their autographs, can I include a picture of myself in Halloween costume? I think they might find it funny that someone finds them interesting enough to dress as them or their team.
(And now I've been to Camp Nou and could probably make a better scoreboard...)
