When to Send letter from Oxford to London

Hiya! I live in Oxford and I want to write a letter to the Backstreet Boys, Taylor Swift, Miley, Lady gaga and many other artists via O2 arena and Wembley Arena in London,
Oxford is 40 minutes away from London so when do I send the letter?
When can I also send letters from Oxford to Manchester (MEN ARENA) and Belfast (ODYSSEY ARENA)

Hi hasenaali!
I just checked and the info you get on the royalmail.com is:
FIRST CLASS: Delivery Aim 1 Day
SECOND CLASS: Delivery Aim 3 Days
It's very good if the letter reaches its final destination few days before a concert, 2-3 days before. So if you're sending first class I advise you to send at least 5 days in advance and otherwise (2nd class) about 7 days.

So for example, Backstreet Boys' concert is on 10th November, would it be okay if I send it on 3rd November?? (A week)
and can I send letters to MEN (Manchester) and Odyssey Arena (Belfast) a week before too?

Yes, this should be fine ;) Yes, you can send a week before as far as you're sending within the UK.

Reminder: there is currently a huge backlog of mail in the UK, owing to the Royal Mail strikes. Unfortunately our Via Venue requests are going to be a lot harder at the moment, you may well miss the date.

Im dissapointed that I wont be able to send any letters to the Backstreet Boys and Taylor Swift and I was thinking bout giving it a try by posting tomorrow

It was just announced that the strike has been called off until new years !!
