I am presently stationed in Iraq, unfortunatley they don't have or use stamps here. The mail is an APO. I would very much like to receive an autographed picture of Dolly Parton. I have been an admirer of her music and acting since day one. If she wasn't married and I had a chance I would ask her in a heart beat. Anyway, How would I go about sending for a picture without access to postage stamps?

I'm sorry you don't have access to stamps. But, sadly, you NEED stamps (necessary ;) )
