Question about pictures

Does anyone know how or where you can get cards or pics blown up to larger sizes? Thanks for any help!

Anytime you try to blow up images that are originally smaller it will affect the quality. I alwasy google the person I want, click images and choose larger images. Then I pick the one I like the best and print it to send.
