Writing to David Tennant

Hi everyone,
I see that David Tennant has two adresses at the moment, which one do I write to?
And when I write, do I have to include a picture of him to sign? Or will he include a picture himself? I've never done this before so that's why I'm a bit confused and I'm not from the UK so I want to do it correctly
