IRC not available in my country!

Hey.
I'm rather new here and have a question about IRC.
I live in Sweden and saw on IRC's website that Sweden was not a member country.
Anyone got any tips what i should do, since i cant get any IRCs to send with my letters?
Maybe there is other swedes here who can help or someone who knows.

You can also use these boards to but /request international stamps.
