hi want to send t a few artists at the jingle bell ball and i dont know how to send a letter, do i just send a sase like normal or do i need to do anything else that will help it get through? thanks

Yes, be sure and include a SASE with your request, and possibly some photos as well. Sometimes artists don't bring them along.

I would also write "Hold for (artist)" on the outside of the envelope. You could also call the venue ahead of time to make sure they hold fan mail for their artists.

Yep, include a SASE 
When writing VV you should include a photo if you can since celebs dont usually take photos to sign with them.
Remember to write 'Please hold for (CELEB NAME) on the (DATE OF CONCERT)' on the front of your envelope and you should send it at least 1 week before the concert
