When you want a cast signed playbill you write to the stage manager, so I would assume that you would write to the producer of the show to get a cast signed item. If you can demonstrate how big a fan of the show you are -- the producer stands to gain the most financially from having a "fanatical" audience, and he/she may be inclined to help you get what you are looking for.

Find the highest ranking producer (definitely not associate producers) and address it to that person only. imbd.com should give you that info and usually its the first name listed. Your letter of request will spell out who and what you want to accomplish so you don't need to put other names in the address. Have great success.
