It depends on where you're sending too. If you are sending to a different country, then yes, I'd say it's courtesy to either send IRC's or send return postage with that countries stamps on it. If you're sending within you're own country, then no, you do not need to send IRC's. Just include a SASE.

It's always courteous to send return postage for the celeb you're sending too. :)

You should always include the postage cost for the celeb as a) it's polite, and b) it increases your chances of a reply!

When sending abroad, I'd always advise including either IRC's, stamps for the relevant country or cash of that country to the equivalent of the cost of the postage.

Never sent IRCs before and would like to know how many IRCs I should send if I want something back from Australia?
Is the cost of the IRC one flat rate or does it depend? Reason why I ask is that one place I hope to hear a reply back from is going to the Australian city of Bulleen and the other Hindmarsh.

How many should I use to recieve something back from Moscow, Russia?

Would you suggest using IRCs to recieve an autograph success back from Canada?
