Can you use stamps that were not stamped?

I'm assuming you mean reusing stamps that didn't get cancelled? Some of the members here do it, but I haven't done it in a long time. Just make sure that there fully uncancelled and no marks are on them, 'cause if they catch you you will probably have to pay a big fine.

I only reuse if they were totally uncancelled - not gonna run any risks there. I definitely do it. If the SASE opens cleanly and without being damaged, I will sometimes even reuse the whole SASE!
