Stamps? I'm so confused!

If i wanted to send to the UK would i have to use IRC's or could i use US stamps? but im not having them send me something back.

You should us U.S. postage to England (or another country) from the U.S.
I have been asked many times about trading / selling some of my autographs. I am sorry but my collection is not and will not be for sale.

If you live in the USA, you use USA stamps to send mail. {up} Only use UK stamps if you are using a SASE

sorry but im new to this whole thing..

.. im sending a letter to the USA from Ireland

is 2 A4 pages too long for a letter?
and would someone mind telling me just everything i need to include if i want something sent back..
and how many IRCs to include and what size envelope?
