I was wondering, has anyone had any trouble using the Aldo photo software?

I made my first order last week and it all went fine with the software i downloaded onto my laptop, now I am trying to order some more prints but it just wont let me do anything, I keep getting this message ....

Runtime Error !
Programme: ...m files\ALDI\ALDI Print Software\ALDI Print Software. exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

Please contact the applications support team for more information.



Then it closes the programme, Ive tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it but that does not work, any ideas of what might be wrong?

Yeah I have tried waiting, its been 5 days and I have tried a couple of times each day and I just keep getting the same thing, I e-mailed customer support but got no reply from them as yet.
