if its only ONE PIECE OF PAPER ....one stamp but if it weighs a little more than 2 stamps

At minimum, it costs $0.75 to send from the US to Canada.

depends on the weight. for an SASE with an 8x10 i do 3-4 forever stamps, for an SASE for 5x7 i do 2-3 forever stamps.

A lot of the information above it is wrong. To ship a regular size letter from the US to Canada it is 75 cents. More if it is a larger envelope or weighs more then an ounce.
It's nice to help people out with their questions but please make sure you are giving the correct advice- The wrong info just causes confusion.
