i want to send vv to the tivoli and this is the address

the tivoli
52 costin st
fortitude valley
QLD 4006

but where do i put brisbane in this address?

You don't. If the venue's website have used that address (which I see they have) then use that one.

Fortitude Valley is a suburb of Brisbane but does not require "Brisbane" in the address.
