Writing vv to Wicked isn't a great idea because Kristin Chenoweth is not performing currently- but she was a wonderful Glinda!

If you want to write to her you should use agency.
Her agency:
Kristin Chenoweth
Untitled Entertainment
1801 Century Park E.
Suite 700
Los Angeles, CA 90067

Oh, do you know if she will return? Or not?

She is pretty good with fan mail through the agency posted above. Writing to her doesn't guarantee a response. Writing to Wicked and requesting a Playbill with Kristin Chenoweth will do you no good. She hasn't been part of the program since 2003. They do not have any programs of her left, I have emailed the office before and that's exactly what they said. Best of luck with your request!

Ok, thanks. I read on Playbill.com that she will be doing a play coming up...
What I was really wondering was, why did the 2 playbills look different, as in, totally different cast?
Did they change casts between the 2 successes?

Yeah, they are constantly changing cast members. The main cast roles are changed at least once every year (maybe more). The two programs you saw were probably from different seasons. The Wicked "Headquarters" most likely keeps stockpiles of signed Playbill's for requests, probably up to and including the last couple of seasons. I would wait until she appears on Broadway like you said.
