9x12 envelope. How many IRCS I add for response? 3?

i think it depends on the weight of your letter cuz you probably could get by with sending only 2 IRCs, but 3 is probably ideal.

Thanks you so much. Itd just be a lor, a SASE, dvd insert and 2 lil comic book cardboard backs..not that much total. Thanks for your reply!

where are you from? cause im from the us and i never use irc's...and i sent a harry potter request 2 weeks ago and it came back.....

Yeah from NJ. I guess with some places you don't have to..just afraid if I send one there London, they wont pay the postage for it to come back ya know.

well if you put three stamps on the sase and the envelope it will work...i did that for my harry potter success...it came back

if you are including a photo with a letter and a sase, put four stamps each... good luck.

I would recommend no less than 3, but it also depends on how thick the cardboard etc. in the envelope are, as in the UK size, weight and depth are taken account of when calculating postage.
