Hello everyone
I'm from China and I have never used a IRC before.
I want to write to USA,Germany,UK and Switzerland.
Could anyone tell me how much is a IRC equivalent to?

in switzerland you can buy a pack of 10 irc's for 20chf, 2chf for each.
don't know the redeem value but i think it's lower than 2chf. and sending from switzerland to an other country is very expensive. so i would include 3-4 swiss irc's.
