Sometimes celebrities have really good fansite galleries that you can use. Just google your celebrity's name followed by "fansite gallery".

Go to www.images.google.com

type in the name of the celebrity
then up at the top click on search options
then select large, which will give you an 8x10 or 8.5x11)

Then I just use HP Photo Essentials to print my pictures. It gives me all kind of options as far as sizes go. If you want something smaller then an 8x10, just search for the corresponding size, instead of large)

i usually use google images and find pics larger than 1024x768. In a search engine I'll put "[Actors name] HQ photos". Or like bbgood39 said some of them have really great galleries, it can be a pain finding them but fun looking through all the pics.

no, your connection speed wont effect your photo quality, it will just take it longer to load the photo.
