Im new to this and need some help

I am new to this and still have a lot of questions
im 19 should i put that in my letter
if i want autographs should i send something to get signed or will they have something to sign to give me
What type of envelope should i said regular mail or larger manila envelops

You can put that in your letter. You can mention name, age, hobbies...I personally always write how old I am.
Some of celebrities have their own photos to send, some don't. So I advise you to check, before sending out, if there were any successes received where user didn't include photos. Note that not all of the celebrities
will sign if you don't send your own photos. You can also enclosed a card for them to sign but again, not all of them will sign it so it's always good to check the previous successes.
Envelope...It depends. I usually use C5 but it totally depends of the size of photos you send. Photos that celebrities send out can be all sizes-4x6, 8x10, 5x7. It's really hard to answer that question.
