When would be a good time to send a letter?

Greetings again!
I have couple of questions. I have already wrote letter, got envelopes, stamps, and photos to send to Mrs. Estelle Parsons (Actress). I am wondering when I should send her letter (for an autograph), so it will reach her without being lost or returned to me with no reply..
I know that Mrs. Parsons is touring around the country from 2/19/10- until late of 5/6/10 ( with August Osage County), and won't be back in NY for awhile. According to the schedule on http://www.augustonbroadway.com, it seems to me that there are 16 days of break between the show 3/21, show ends, and 4/6 show starts in Pittsburgh.

Should I send her my letter around 3/21, perhaps she will be back in NY(16 days of break, I guess, and nothing is s scheduled)? Do you think sending my letter to the theater where she is currently performing would be a good idea? When will be a good timing to send her letter to make sure she gets it, like around 3/21 or wait until May? Perhaps, it would be a good idea to send my letter to a Theater? (i.g.which is scheduled 2/23/10 - 2/28/10, Civic center of Greater Des Moines)? How do I then address my envelope? Sorry, for so many questions

Hi , and thanks for a reply!
Do you think I have to wait until June? Because the tour of " August: Osage County" show ends on May 16,2010. So, maybe I should send my letter 2-3 days after, like May 18 or 19th. Waiting by June? I don't know whether she might be having other projects or other tours and leave NY.
