I wanna know if SASE is available in Kuwait, what exactly should I send, I know people have stated here before, but I never understand what you guys mean.
Things I have ready:
A letter.
An Envelope.
An Address to send to.

Can someone please explain it to me... SLOWLY. LoL!
and can you please explain what each item means and where can I get it. (:

Now all you need is another envelope, with YOUR address written on the front. If you are able to, you need to put the stamps of the country you're sending to on this envelope (so, if you are writing to someone in the UK, you need to put enough UK stamps on to get it back to Kuwait). Then take this envelope and your letter, and place it inside the envelope you're using to send to the celebrity. Simple as that

If you can't get the stamps of the country you're sending to don't worry - it does increase your chances of getting an autograph, but some celebrities are kind enough to pay postage for you.

An SASE is a Self Addresses Stamped Envelope. As Revolver said, this is simply another envelope with your address on and payment for postage to return it to you.

If you cannot find stamps from the country your recipient is in, you can try purchasing stamps off the members here (try the Autographs for Sale/Exchange section).

Ordinarily I would suggest buying International Reply Coupons (which you send with your letter & the recipient exchanges them at their post office for stamps) however they are not available in Kuwait.
