Do you generally ask in your letter or anything for the celebrity to autograph a picture to you? Is there anyway to have a better chance of this?

Are you asking about having them personalizing it to your name or just asking for them to send you a signed photo?

I always send my own items and just politley ask "If it's okay, I've inlcuded some items I'm hoping you could please personalize and sign for my collection"

In your case you'd want to word it like "And Lastly, if it's okay, could I kindly request a personalized and signed photo for my collection please?"
