How to request an autograph over email?

I'm thinking about sending an autograph request to Doris Day on her animal charity website. But I don't know how to say it.
This doesn't sound right...:
Hi,
Can I please have an autograph. My address is...(insert address here)
It just sounds too pushy to me. So what would I say. Please help. I have never done an email request b4.

i just dont think you should say "may i have a signed photo"...tell her something about YOURSELF...Hobbies...AGE... are you really a fan of her: IF YES tell her why!
then @ the end ask for a signed photo?
"..If its not too much trouble, could u please send me a signed photo of yourself for me..? please mail it here: (your address)..sincerly (Your name)

I write the letter like a normal request but include my address in the letter rather than at the end.
