PLEASE HELP!!! A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT VV!!!!!!

Hi!
First off, I would like to say, this is my first VV request. I am sending to Taylor Swift. I am a huge fan of hers, and she is one of my #1 wanted. I was thinking about sending her VV. So, I went to her website, where she has all her 2010 Fearless tour planned out. On April 6th and 7th, she is preforming at the Pepsi Center, in Denver, CO. I checked if they will pass on fanmail, and they do! I'm happy now, but I know there is more to it.

I would be planning to send it out around Monday, March 29th. Would that be too early to send it?
Could someone find the Pepsi Center address for me? If I do it myself, I'm scared I'll get the wrong one, since I'm new to this.
Does Tay have photos ready to send, or do I supply my own? I'm asking because all I have is her CD booklets, and my envelopes are 9x12, so they would probably get bent. Which leads me to my next question:
Could I send a CD booklet in a 9x12 envelope?

I think March 29th is good...the sooner the better, really. You want to get your letter there about 2-3 days before the concert date. Make sure to write "Please hold until 4/6" on the envelope. The venue probably knows to hold it, but you just want to be sure.

As for the address of the venue, a tip I would suggest in the future is to find the venue's website and do some digging there. A lot of venues, on their "Directions" page, will post the address so that people can plug it into their GPS's. I went to the Pepsi Center's website, and they didn't actually say the address, but when they offered a map of the venue I clicked the link and it showed me a map of the address "1000 Chopper Cir, Denver, CO 80204". Here is a link to the venue's website, where I found the map.

I don't think musicians generally take photos with them on tour. If you have or can buy photo paper, you might be able to find some high-quality images on Google image search that you can print out and send. But CD booklets are fine too.

Do you think you might be able to run out and buy some 6x9 envelopes? That would definitely be the most convenient if you want to send a CD booklet. If you can't, then you may want to put a piece of cardboard in your 9x12 to make sure it doesn't bend.

Great! Thanks for all your help!! I'll have to see if I can get them after I pay my library fine! lol. I don't have photo paper right now, and anyway are ink is running low. i would print out on normal paper, but that just not right in my opinon lol.
