Irc for via venue?

Does the venue just accept SASE or is it possible to send a IRC?

IRC requests are at a disadvantage compared with SASE requests. It's a much better idea to send the latter as it cuts out the inconvenience of going to the post office and exchanging the IRC for stamps, which many people are not willing to do ;-)
