i am going to send a request to state theatre in minneapolis but i don't know which address i should use

state theatre
hennepin theatre trust
800 LaSalle avenue #120
minneapolis,MN 55402

or

state theatre
805 hennepin avenue
minneapolis,MN 55402

if anyone know the correct address i would really appreciate the help :)
