I can't buy IRCs in my country, now what?

Hey,
Like I said, the IRCs in the Netherlands are GONE.
They decided to not use them anymore, in 2002.
But I seriously want to have autographs, so does anyone have an idea what I could do?
I have to send my letters to England, and the US
So, maybe someone has another option, or has a couple of IRCs that I can buy?

Wanted: Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe, Alan Rickman, Emma Watson, Robbie Coltrane, Maggie Smith, Tom Felton, James&Oliver Phelps, Will Smith
