Fanmail.biz

I'm a fan of Cobra Starship (the band), & I was planning on writing to them for their upcoming concert in San Diego, CA. I emailed the venue asking if they pass on fanmail, and i haven't received a reply yet, even though it's been over a month now. I've also tried calling the venue, but the phone number goes directly to voicemail and the inbox is full. I've checked past successes from that venue and the latest success was from 2007, so i'm not sure if they still pass on fanmail. I'm also not sure if Cobra Starship even answers fanmail...i don't want to spend a whole lot of time on a letter & photos and not receive a reply, you know?? So what do you guys think? Should i try it?
