Sending Via Venue, Movie Set, Please Read

Hello, I am going to send to a movie set from the USA to Canada.
Will I still get a response if I send IRCS since I do not have Canadian Stamps?
And secondly who should be the C/O
the address is:

Faces In the Crowd
Minds Eye /Frantic Films
Feature
1741 Wellington Avenue
Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3H 0G1

when i google the address it does not list minds eye as the company at that address. So should I use minds eye or the company from google as the C/O??
or just leave it out and put the celebs name then the address??
Please any help would be great??

I'm getting ready to send a letter out to Canada as well via another movie set, but I'm going to include regular US stamps as the person I'm writing to lives in the USA, so when they get back they can just drop the letter in the mail.

For addressing your envelope I think this way would be best:

(Celeb's Name)
"Faces In the Crowd"
C/o Minds Eye /Frantic Films Feature
1741 Wellington Avenue
Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3H 0G1
Canada

I would put no "c/o" at all. About 80% of my successes are Via Venue and I never add it! As for return shipping I would include a dollar or two. I have a whole Via Venue guide on my website that may answer any other questions you have!

thing that is confusing me is when i google the address they tell me its for novus imaging solutions (the company at that address)
should they be on the address??
is sending money in the envelope better than the IRC?
milla jovovich is who i am sending to, and i think she lives in LA, or should I just use US postage??

Ryan already told you pretty much exactly what to use:

You want to include the company name because whoever is sorting the mail may not recognize the celebrity's name, though they most likely will, there is always the chance they may not. You also want to include the name of the movie or TV show to make sure that it gets to the correct set. Don't forget to include Canada on the last line, if you live outside of Canada.
