I have a question concerning the IRC (international reply coupons).
I was wondering, if I buy the international reply coupon through the website of the postoffice in Germany, can the celebrities use these IRC to send sometime to Belgium?

They still sell IRC in Belgium, but my postoffice doesn't always have the IRC in stock. So I'm looking for some alternatives.

Hi,

That shouldn't be a problem. It doesn't matter from which country IRC's are purchased from. The celeb you're sending them to can redeem them for their local stamps, wherever the IRC was purchased from Belgium, Germany, UK, whatever
