Band Via Venu Question

Hey whats up? I have a quick question. I sent to Lacuna Coil via venue at the rupp arena in Kentucky(it is on the pass list)
i sent it 10 days before to hold for their may 9th show. Do think there is still a chance of getting it back??
In the past my band via venue only took about 2 weeks etc. Just want some opinions.

If they are touring, they might wait until the tour is over to mail everything out. 10 days is a bit much; there's a chance it could've gotten lost somewhere at the venue in between the time they got it and the concert.
I think you have a chance to get it back, but like with any autograph requests, we really couldn't tell you what the odds are.
