This is what I have set up so far. I do not want you to check the adresses, but do you think the pictures would work in 20x25 cm?

Highly doubt you'd get authentic ones back from Miley, Johnny, Selena or the Jonas Brothers. More than likely you'd just get a pre-print or auto-penned photo.
The one for Justin Bieber is correct. I'm actually getting ready to send out to him this weekend.
Not sure on the other names. Sorry.

These photos are small for 20x25cm. Print resolution (usually 300 dpi) is higher than screen resolution (72 dpi), so these are going to look a little blurry or pixelated when printed, even if they look around 20x25cm on screen.

Most likely not. In fact, they might be less likely. As they say: beggars can't be choosers.
Some artist are too busy to sign themselves; others have let their fame go over their head. Unfortunately, that's just how it is. There's always a chance you might get an authentic, but I really wouldn't push it and ask specifically for an authentic auto. You might have a better chance getting a real autograph if you write via venue instead of to their fan mail or agency addresses.

Some of them will read the letters. Usually their agent or manager will read it first and then pass everything along. Sometimes they won't. I'd think if you tried to send them on a guilt trip and beg for a real autograph, the agent or manager would return your stuff unsigned or just toss out your request without even forwarding it to the celebrity.
They don't have to do anything for you, even if you make them feel guilty. This is something they are going to do for their real fans; and a real fan should be appreciative that they even send anything, even if it is a a pre-print.
Just write a heartfelt letter. Don't beg (like I said, beggars can't be choosers). If you come off as a genuine fan that just wants to show your appreciation for their work, then you might have a better chance of getting something.
Celebrities are people, just like me and you. If I were the celebrity and I got a letter begging for an autograph or a letter trying to make me feel guilty for not taking time out of my day to do something good for a "fan," I wouldn't even send a pre-print, I would throw it out. Put yourself in the celebrities shoes.
I'm not trying to put you down, just trying to help. I don't want you to go about it the wrong way and end up getting NOTHING at all.

As I see it there are no point asking for an autograph if it is a pp.

As I see it, then you are doing this for the wrong reasons.
I'm sorry, I'm just being honest. Write and send what you want, but don't have high expectations for everyone you send to, especially if you try to make them feel guilty or threatened.
