Sending Address Help Needed

Does anyone know if Tanya Tucker signs V.V. I want to send my picture for her to sign, but I want to know if I could send it V.V. to one of her coming concerts, it would be much easier. And, if nobody knows if she signs V.V. would it be worth a try anyway? Thanks all, it's greatly appreciated!
