Sorry if this was already asked.

I wanna send a VV request to Kings Of Leon. The concert will be on 7/09/10. Should I send the request now? I live overseas so I don't know if the letter will arrive on time. And lastly, I will be putting a one 8x10 photo on a 9x12 SASE. Is 3 forever stamps enough to cover the postage from US to Asia (PH)? Thanks

Yep, three stamps would be fine. That's about a half ounce, so it would be $1.24 to mail. So three will work and you'd even have more than $1.24

Now, when you say 7/9/10, do you mean September 7th or July 9th? They are doing concerts on both those dates. I'm not sure how to format your dates there, but I'm going to assume you mean July 9th below.

I think you could get away with sending it now, but I might wait another week. If it happens to get to the venue too early, there's a greater chance that it will be set aside and lost or forgotten about. You will typically want it to arrive 3 or 4 days before the concert.

In addition to writing something like "Venue Staff: Please hold for Kings of Leon 7/9/10" you may also want to write something like "Postman: Please deliver by 7/6/10".
