Can anyone help me ID these autographs?

Hi-
I bought a book full of signed photos today, and I've been able to identify all the autos except for this one. The rest of the book is all actresses & models from the early to mid 1980s so I'd assume these fall into that same time period.
If anyone knows who this woman is, I'd appreciate the help!

It looks like "Judy K," but I have no idea who that is!

Judging by the way she is dressed and the poor quality of the picture and the all around unattractiveness of the photo i would say she probably isnt anyone famous at all because nobody famous would pose for that picture looking like that. It was probably some small time local celebrity or a dancer or something that the previous owner of the book liked for some reason.
