As well as where it is possible to make it? [us] :(

I think I understand your message. You want to write her a letter?

If so, apparently shes not signing right now because of her busy schedule.

Her site says to wait until things have calmed down a bit and try again.

Her address is in that link...but most of it seems to be getting RTS for the time being.
