hey, can anyone tell me if I have a better chance of success if I send during the baseball all star break?

You'll have no better or worse chances if you send at that point.

If you mean to send to the all star game itself, I would have to guess the chances are not great that you would get a success. You'd probably be better off sending c/o the team, assuming the player is one who regularly signs TTM.

If you send it to the AllStar game...then no...you're chances aren't good because the players will already be swamped. If you mean, will players likely sign during the break? There is a good chance since they'll have some down time...but I know that a lot of the players take this time to hang out with their family.
