My guess is that since you are active military (I assume that from your sign on name 1st Bn / 10th Mtn Division) you are more likely to get a response than someone else, but there is no guarentee. Frankly I would consider your chances better than average even with out a SASE and you should be recieving some responses.
I have been asked many times about trading / selling some of my autographs. I am sorry but my collection is not and will not be for sale.
