Have you tried the stampshop of Deutsche Post? I don't know if they ship internationally.

I may be the only one to recommend this, but in my last letter to Germany, I taped a bag containing six Euro to my envelope, and everything came back fine. Do you have access to a currency exchange?

Thanks. I am thinking about that but I don't know where do buy Euros here in my country (Philippines). The banks don't want to sell some.
Why are you asking if I have access to currency exchange?

There are some places that exist just to exchange currency. They're not banks, so there are no accounts. You just give them one form of currency and they give you back a different form of currency. Like, you give them Filipino money, and they give you back the same amount (usually, with a little bit taken off) in Euros.
