Hey I have a decent bit of autos now and I was wondering where do you guys keep them?
I have been useing 8x10 plastic top loaders. The last pic i got has a silver marker auto and if
I put it in the top loader it will rub off. So what can I do with it?
Thanx.

mainly everyone on here puts them in acid free plastic holders in a 3 ring binder. some of the members here frame their favorite signed photos (and matte them so they will last a long time) and all those supplies can be found at an arts and crafts store like AC Moore or some place like that.

good luck.

I store about 90% of my collection in the 8x10 top loaders and have many silver marker autographed photos and none of them ever rubbed off in the top loader

all my 8X10's are in top loaders some are signed in black others in silver and a few in gold and never had an issuse my odd sizes are on like sticky paper with a clear sheet ontop of them I haven't really had an issuse with them sticking. cd's I just copy them onto my itunes and leave them in their cases. I have a few of my fav's framed and my big posters are hung on the wall's with tumbtacks (not the best for them tho lol) I have a few that I'm working on getting frames for

The only way an autograph might rub off in a toploader is if you constantly take it out and put it back. Once it is in a toploader I never take it out. It will be fine and is better than putting it in a notebook, since flipping through the pages could cause the autograph from a paint pen or silver marker to wear off from simple friction.
