USA STAMP QUESTION ABOUT MEXICO & HAWAI

would forever stamps work in these states/countries as i want to write to 2 vv addresses or should i use ircs?i live in australia so any help would be apreciated cheers

They'll work for Hawaii (a US state) but not Mexico (a different country).

Unless you're talking about New Mexico... which is a US state lol
