USA STAMP QUESTION ABOUT MEXICO & HAWAI

would forever stamps work in these states/countries as i want to write to 2 vv addresses or should i use ircs?i live in australia so any help would be apreciated cheers :D

They'll work for Hawaii (a US state) but not Mexico (a different country).

Unless you're talking about New Mexico... which is a US state lol
