Does anyone here actually live by a post office that sells IRCs i'm getting sick of walking around looking for them? Im getting tempted just to go to an exchange place and get the dollars.
You'd think with the whole world getting more multicultural they would actually sell them. Im trying one more place tomorrow.

I gave up too. Besides which they cost about twice the value of the stamps, which makes it a lot more expensive than it needs to be.

I picked up some US stamps on eBay, look for Forever stamps. Or see if anyone around here is interested in trading stamps at the moment.

They do sell them, but only in the larger post offices. Here's a tip - ring the main Post Office Head Office number, and say you're having difficulty finding them. They can look up the offices which stock them which are closest to you - save yourself unnecessary travel and disappointment. When you've found out where stocks them, maybe give that branch a call so they know you're coming in for them.

Hope this helps! Good luck with your requests {up}

That's the uk value- you'd buy stamps if you needed an sae within the UK, not an IRC!

You can send them to the US and get a $0.98 exchange value for example, there is a sticky in this forum showing redemption values.

And I too would try the large, main post offices. I have no problem getting them. Sometimes the staff just don't know about the honestly.
