do I need to send a sase or a sae if I have an IRC

Hi I need help here Im sending fan mail to a celebrity i the UK and I live in Australia. I have a few IRCs but im not sure if i need to send a SAE or a SASE if I have an IRC.

If you already have IRC's, you just need to send a SAE.

Ryan is right. I would only ever use an irc as a last resort if you could not provide a sase.
