How many IRCs for a comic

Does anyone know how many IRCs i'd need to get a comic back from USA to UK?
Just the comic in a bag in a normal envelope to keep the weight down.

IRC's in the US redeem for $0.98 per ounce. USPS has a calculator to get the cost after you weigh it, a comic would be package rate.

It was 2.8onces but it could make large letter but i think ill get 4 IRCs just in case that would cover package rate. Thanks
