need help sending something to hawaii

how do i mail something hawaii i wanted to write to alex o loughling do i just used us stamps on each envlope how many stamps should i put on there? im going to send him four photos so should i put four ever stamps on the front and three on the inside one? if can help me that would be great thanks a lot.

Please understand that we need more information than this. Where are you sending from? What stamps do you have (i.e how much did they cost?) What is the weight and size of your package TO Hawaii? What is the weight and size of the package that will be returning to you?

Isn't Hawaii part of US mainland? (yes I know it's an island off coast)

It should cost just the same as it would to any other part of the US I guess.

Weigh it, then go on USPS.Com and use their calculator to see how much each weigh will cost, and do the maths :)

It's part of the US, yes, thought not part of the mainland (which is the point I think you were trying to get across :))

Sorry, just wasn't sure how it worked over there across the pond.. It's like northern ireland over here isn't mainland, but the postal service is still the exact same price and timing.
