Photo Holder question

Hi! I am trying to decide on storing these two autographs I have. I was thinking about using photo holders but I heard that over time the actual autograph can stick to the front and it gets sticky inside making it hard to take the photo out?
I would love if you anyone can tell me the good and the bad about these plastic holders?

Ps. The ink is thin and I just want the best for my autographs I don't want to end up having a autograph sticking to the thing over time... because I was worried about a signature being smacked right up against something...

Shouldn't be a problem. I'd use the Ultra-PRO rigid top loaders. & try and keep it out of frequently changing tempatures as they will cause the top loader to develop moisture which will make it stick. I've kept many photos in top loaders for years and they still look fantastic.

If I kept it in my room would that be okay? It's on the top floor of my house! Should I keep it in a box? I am worried about it sticking?

I'd use the Ultra-PRO rigid top loaders.

That's probably about the best advice you will ever hear. I know there is another company, called BCW but I don't like them for my own personal reasons.

Don't put them in the photo albums that have the sticky back. After a while, they will fuse to the backing and you'll never get them out without tearing or damaging them. I don't know if the sticky stuff they use to hold the photo is safe over time, but when it comes to autographs I don't take any chances.

I don't know. It depends on the humidity level of your room. But generally speaking, the top floor usually has less humitity issues than the lower levels. You don't need to keep them in a box. That's personal choice. If you use the toploaders you should be fine and shouldn't have to worry about sticking.

Thanks for the advice... I still am a little nearvous...

Okay because I had a bad case where I bought an autograph that came in a toploader and it took me over 20 minutes to get the photo out and the photo was stuck with this moisture inside so I am a little nearvouse but if you say it will be okay. Actual the scrapbooks I used do not have the sticky pages.. they are just regular acid free scrapbooks and then I buy acid free corners to hold the photo to the sheet!
Okay I will take your advice I just don't want the autograph to come off, if I decide to take the autograph out would that be okay to or once it's in their it's not okay to take it out? Is there a temperature for keeping the autographs safe?

Where can I buy some 8x10 toploaders?This photo was signed in a black sharpie and the ink is kinda light because it is a fine tip sharpie! I never expose my autographs to sunlight they are kept in a nice place!
