I would like to make an autograph website, but I don't really want to pay. I read
something somewhere that said thet free websites are not really dependable. Is this
true? If so, how much would I have to pay?

Freewebs is the most popular one for making websites, and also quite reliable. Almost all the people I've seen have their autograph websites on Freewebs. And of course, you don't need to pay!
