which celebs reply overseas with just a letter/sae?

i live in india and ircs are a tad hard to come by..........so which celebs reply OVERSEAS if u send them just a letter and photo/photo and sae? could u please give me ur country too? thanks. i'd appreciate any help.

Well even i'm an Indian.
I attach stamps to my SASE in the appropriate quantity else sometimes add like 3$
I havent found any IRC in my city
Have Via venue addresses for trade of films and shows
Most wanted : private address of every celeb and emails too
Ps: i have a database of private address of US celebs if you need help just pm
