Is it better to use IRCs or SASE?

Does it affect the outcome of wether or not you get a reply if you use a SASE or an IRC or do you get the same chance either way. Sorry I'm new

Depends if you send to agency or via venue.

It is always better and more secure to send SASE, even though IRC should not be a problem.

As long as postage is paid somehow, it should be OK. However SASE is the most comfortable way for the person who handles the mail
